Hello. Welcome to my website. My name is Jeff and I’ve been a Master Thatcher for over 25 years. I'm based in Conington, near Cambridge and work within Cambridgeshire and the surrounding area. I believe that a good Thatcher does a professional job with the customers best interests at heart. Prices in general have been falling of late, unfortunately, so have standards but not mine. I believe I charge a fair price for a superior service. I work with the three main materials; Longstraw, Wheat Reed and Water Reed. A good thatch should last 25+ years and that’s what I aim to deliver every time. See inside for examples of my work.
